I been here few times and never disappointed, they’re nice and really clean inside and outside mycar, thanks somuch. They’re close tomy house but Ididn’t know.

I’ve used this facility many times and continue tobe dissatisfied with the quality oftheir work. I’ve used them tosteam clean stains which all have come back tothe surface. Ive used them towash the exterior ofmy vehicle and they are the only car wash inthe area that doesn’t allow you togo back through the car wash ifyour car doesn’t come out clean. Aswell, their prices are inflated and they attempt torip you off more byadd ons which ifoffered the full clean you would make out better price wise. When this was brought totheir attention the man was belligerent and Iwas told toback out ofthe line that Iwas appropriately indesignated for Estero Bay Customers and
told Icould not get afull wash but Icould doaddons! Itmade nosense tome asI was inthe row labeled asEstero Bay for which Ihad acoupon from them touse. I’m guessing that EsteroBay, who has acontract with them isnot aware oftheir practices. They give mean attitude every time Ipresent the coupon. Ifthey don’t want Estero Bay customers they should change their contract. Poor customer service and bad attitude.… – show00

Sorry you feel that way but you purchased a#3wash. A#3islimited tointerior cleaning. Itconsists ofvacuum, dust dashboard and console. You should have gotten the #4which would have satisfied your needs.

They were quick and Ido appreciate and respect anyone who works out inthe heat but its noexcuse when itcome tocompleting the job that ispaidfor. Ihad avoucher from mydealership toget afree wash and when Iarrived Iwas told itwill beextra towash the wheels!!? Noproblem, Ipaid anadditional $20tohave extra services done. When Icame out tolook atthe job there's still dirt all along mybottom trim, around myback bumper and spots here and there across the mytruck. Myback passenger window wasn't completely dried either atthe tops just due tothe height ofthe lady who was dryingit. Myonly advise isto take time too pay attention todetail, detailing isthe main job soyou can see how that would make orbreak you inan area with acar wash onevery corner. Do not even think about going tothis car wash. What arip off $75for acar wash then the attendant wants tocharge me$2more toclean awindshield. Ithought windshields were Part ofa motor vehicle and should get washed atsame time ascar. Went tocompetitor was less expensive and received agood wash.

Went toClassic today toget aninside and out cleaning for mySUV. Iwas very pleased with the service. Ifound the gentlemen who created myticket tobe very kind and helpful inchoosing myservice. The cashier was also very friendly and helpful. The premise and waiting room isvery clean. All around great experience and inmy opinion provided value for the money paid. Will definitely come back.

When you come here expect tobe here for sometime. The workers cleaning inside your car atthe beginning are very slow. They walk slow, they work slow and they donot look happy tobe doing their job atall. The workers atthe end work ata good pace and are always waiting oncars. They doclean the car very well. They also are alittle overpricednow.

My car came out ofthe wash dented and with ablack rubber substance onthe rear fender. The inside still had water drops, sand onthe seat and bird droppings all over, and Ipaid for the $25inand outside wash. The manager said there was noway they didit. Funny, itwasn’t there when Itook itin. Will never goback.

Great little car wash. Full service with many adon services including tire rotation and full detailing. Ihave always had their full inside outside wash with some minor addon. I've always been happy. They seem tobe faster than some other nearby washes where you can wait 45+minutes toget your car back. Their prices are competitive tothe other 2nearby washes.
I never give a5, leaves noroom for improvements…00
