    Have you recently read a dental publication? What is top of mind today for most dentists? Is it staff shortages? Are you short staffed? Do you need to hire, NOW, today? 9 out of 10 hiring dentists believe it is extremely or very challenging to recruit dental hygienists and dental assistants. Is this costing you money?Yes, it is costing you money for several reasons. Without additional staff, you can't see as many patients, so production might be down. Hiring is costly!     No, it is not right. 😑 Everyone should be thorough with job description of each profession. It is also not right for special educators to take #speechtherapy , people with #DHLS to take therapy individually without supervision, and for people with a marketing background to fit #hearingaids These are some common practices that I observed during my industry jobs. Sadly, these were supported by clinic owners and general public to pay less for these services. One solution to stop/reduce this: All individuals who choose these rehabilitation services should ask for a valid degree and practising license (issued by #RCI) from their clinicians #rci #speechtherapy #audiology # #job
