Says that if when I’m in call I change from 5g to 3G that’s because as she says I’m in the woods so probably the towers don’t offer 5g speed where I’m at, which is false as I’m not in the woods and on their converge map my house is in the 5g zone

And she says that since my iPhone is 5g auto volte is active over wise I wouldn’t get calls working

Kinda calling this bullsh*t a bit but I’ll see in 2-3 days if it changes

same issue here - it's a problem on the PC Mobile side. best solution is to just update your billing cycle on your data settings and track your data usage through your phone instead of relying on their app

Just ported my number from Fizz to PCMobile.

The calls work fine, but the data is terrible. I know samsung phone isnt support for 5g. But it says 4g lte should still be around 150mbps. I am getting 1 or 2mbps. With fizz I was getting around 120 and fido similar speed. Is there I am doing wrong?

Called PC mobile for #3 as I got charged 10$ today since my account had 1$ in it

Changed from auto top up to just top up, she told me I will still ge the 10% back in points and it will auto get 30$ each month for my plan

Changed the amount to 20$ for 1 month as since they already took 10$ I need 20$ for the 30$ and then in 2 month ill put it back at 30$

That way I don't get charged 10$ since my account has less then 2$ in it

It's bell signal... So if you have bad bell coverage then you'll get bad speed...

I got the overall data status to work on the pc mobile app on an iphone SE2. I guess for apple devices, they just haven’t updated their bugs for newer versions of IOS.
