Very clean spacious nail salon. My first time and definitely not my last. I did not have to wait at all when I visited Tuesday morning. Really love my gel manicure! Lesa my nail technician gave extra care on one problem nail. Pedicure next week!

came to get my full set of nails done cuz a friend recommended me to go there .... I arrive at 1:40 there was three person ahead of me ..... the guy came and took them in and then a lady came in they called her in cuz I think she had an appointment.then a guy walked in and ask for a pedicure and theytook him while I am sitting for 30mins I Will never go back there !!!!!

It's okay if you have no where else to go... Went in today for a fill and regular polish. During the appointment I had to tell the nail tech that the nail that she had filed wasn't even, which is ok. She cut both of my thumbs, making my cuticle bleed but I get it, things happen. The general shaping and experience during the initial appointment wasn't the issue. After applying polish and drying is when the issues occurred. When I was sat at the drier, it wasn't plugged into the wall. As the tech was moving the drier, the vases on top of the drier fell onto me 2 times. Then I was left sitting under the drier for over 30 min while the tech was with other customers and had to interrupt another tech to pay for the service and to voice my complaint about my nails. I took a good look at my nails and realized all of nails had bubbles on them, there was clear polish ALL over my fingers, and the sides of my nails weren't even painted. When I told the other tech about the issue, they fit me in to fix the issue and tried to fix it by putting a clear coat over it... after some back and forth they agreed to repaint the nails. Overall I was there for over 2 hours for a fill. The only reason they're getting 2 stars is because the nails look ok but if you're looking for a good experience this isn't the place to go to.

I called before I even got to the establishment and asked would there be someone free to take a pedicure the woman answered yes. I get to the salon and I wasn't even greeted I stood for 5 mins and no one so I sat down. Mind you I sat there for 20 mins, but the min the next person walks in the door they get serviced automatically, mind you I made eye contact with plenty of the workers so there was absolutely no reason for any of this.

I had been looking for a new nail salon since the one I'd been going to for over 15 years was sold. Pro Care Nails is large but clean and I'd had two satisfactory acrylic fill manicures with Loan, but the salon has NO customer service. I called for an appointment with Loan and arrived on time (on a Monday afternoon!) only to get the definite impression from the argument amongst the manicurists that my appointment was lost.
I was offered services of a different technician (none of them necessarily good) and saw another woman, who'd obviously been waiting a while, get up and go sit at Loan's station. I was told if I couldn't just take whoever was in I could wait, but it would be a while. I asked them how they could make two appointments for 1 pm for the same technician and they just shrugged (no manager in evidence). I found another salon and I won't be back.
